Pecan Cream Pie

Pecan Cream Pie is a rich and indulgent dessert that combines the nutty crunch of toasted pecans with a silky, smooth cream filling. Every bite delivers a perfect balance of textures—light and creamy meets sweet and crunchy—making it an irresistible treat for any occasion. 


1 - 9-inch Pie Crust
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 
¼ cup Powdered Sugar
2 - 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
½ cup Light Brown Sugar
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 ½ cup Chopped Small Pecan Pieces

Instructions:

  1. Cook your pie crust according to the directions on the box or in the recipe you use.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Mix until stiff peaks form.  
  3. In a separate mixing bowl. Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, and maple syrup until mixture is smooth.
  4. Combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in one cup of chopped pecan pieces.
  6. Take the pie filling and spread it into the pie crust. Top pie with the rest of the pecan pieces.
  7. Cover the pie and put it in the fridge overnight or until the pie is firm.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
