1 - 9-inch Pie Crust
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ cup Powdered Sugar
2 - 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
½ cup Light Brown Sugar
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 ½ cup Chopped Small Pecan Pieces
Instructions:
- Cook your pie crust according to the directions on the box or in the recipe you use.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Mix until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate mixing bowl. Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, and maple syrup until mixture is smooth.
- Combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in one cup of chopped pecan pieces.
- Take the pie filling and spread it into the pie crust. Top pie with the rest of the pecan pieces.
- Cover the pie and put it in the fridge overnight or until the pie is firm.
