Pecan Pie In A Jar

Super easy and simple to make, this Pecan Pie in a Jar is a great choice! 


½ cup Sugar
½ cup Light Brown Sugar
½ cup Corn Syrup
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Pecan Halves

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla until well combined. (If you mix the ingredients in the mason jar, skip the next step.)
  2. Transfer the mixture into a mason jar.
  3. Add the pecans to the mason jar.
  4. Great gift idea or storage for baking at a later time!

Note:

  • When ready to cook, pour the contents of the jar into a bowl and mix in 4 eggs. Transfer to a pie crust and bake at 375℉ for 45 minutes.
