Aunt Alma's Pecan Pie

Everyone has their favorite pecan pie recipe. This simple, delicious recipe is always our favorite. Did you know this is the recipe we used for the Rocky Comfort Pecan Festival? Aunt Alma's recipe is a great one for the Holidays, to win your next bake off, or take to your next party! 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Karo
⅔ cup Sugar
3 Eggs
½ Stick Margarine, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 ½ cup Pecans 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs well, then add sugar and Karo, and beat well again. Add melted margarine and vanilla. 
  3. Place pecans in the bottom of an unbaked pie shell. Pour mixture over the pecans. 
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
